Our studio on the Charleston peninsula has a position available for Intern Architect / Project Architect, seeking a driven and creative team member to assist a thriving practice. We are interested in applicants with 3-7 years of experience, full time preferred but would consider someone interested in part time. We specialize in custom residential design, residential renovations/additions, as well as restorations of historic buildings in downtown Charleston, SC. We also execute small commercial projects. We offer a high level of client service and believe that the site supplies the genesis for the architectural solutions.
We offer an opportunity for professional growth and development with direct exposure to all aspects of project development and design. A candidate would work collaboratively with principal architect and another staff architect and will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the development of an entire project. Flexibility, resourcefulness, and good communication skills are critical. Experience using Revit in a professional environment is required.
