USC Beaufort Hilton Head Island Hospitality Management Facility

This 40,000 SF, $16.5 million facility is a new resource for Hospitality and Culinary education in Hilton Head Island’s thriving hospitality industry.

USC Beaufort Hilton Head Island Hospitality Management Facility

A public private partnership designed to immerse the hospitality students in the work environment of an international hospitality destination, and create opportunities for collaboration with local businesses. 80% of the restaurants on the island are family owned and don’t have resources available to grow their business and keep up with best practices and trends. This facility serves as a community resource as well as providing skilled workforce to support businesses. By creating an inviting commons area for the community, the design creates opportunities for chance encounters between students and potential employers.
