Photoshop and Sketchup skills are preferable, but not mandatory.
To be successful in this position you will have a good understanding of construction technologies, demonstrate superior technical design skills, be able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Candidates should be eager to develop, work with minimal supervision, collaborate for maximum output, and have a team-focus attitude.
