DESCRIPTION

Sullivan’s House is the renovation and adaptation of a historic structure situated one block from the ocean on Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina. Originally the first schoolhouse on the island, the building was transformed from dilapidated apartments into a collection of four bright, luxurious residences designed for the island lifestyle, while still paying homage to the building’s history. The oldest portion of the building was constructed in 1924 as Sullivan’s Island Graded School.
