On Wednesday February 12, 12-1 PM there will be a tour of the Colite Technologies office at 2405 Millwood Avenue. This building is an adaptive re-use project with Davis Architecture.

This 15,000 SF warehouse was built in 1940 and served as the previous home of an automotive tire and repair center for over 20 years. The warehouse was acquired by Colite Technologies in 2023 and has since been renovated into a modern office space with warehouse storage. The iconic exterior remains while the interior has been transformed into an open workspace, which includes features such as exposed structural elements, interior storefront, and a mezzanine. Careful consideration was given to accessibility, egress, and building systems to ensure a great level of building performance and usability.
