AIA Charleston: 529 KING STREET HARD HAT TOUR

529 King is a brand new, ground-up hotel by Morris Adjmi Architects (MA) designed to fit seamlessly into the context of Upper King Street. Merging tradition with innovation, the primary facade features distinctive arched windows composed entirely of precast concrete, molded with historically inspired compound curves. Join the project’s Senior Architectural Designer Rossana Russo Pavone and others from MA on a tour of this iconic new building, including an exclusive preview of the hotel’s three-story interior courtyard, roof terrace, guest rooms, and amenity spaces.
We will meet across the street in front of the Morris Sokol Furniture building located at 510 King.
