The 2018 Manual for Planning and Execution of State permanent Improvements – Part II is now open for public comment.
You can view the 2018 Manual here and provide comments online until January 1, 2018, when it goes into effect.
Unlike in the past, no red-lined copies of the Manual will be available. Instead, you can view a presentation of the changes here, and on the Procurement Services website.
