In 2000 SCArchiPAC, the bipartisan political action committee of AIA South Carolina, was founded to enable the chapter to achieve its legislative goals by supporting candidates for statewide office that support our issues. As the only PAC representing architects in South Carolina, SCArchiPAC allows us to more fully participate in electing and re-electing legislators who understand and support our profession and enables us to give voice to our positions on issues affecting our profession, our communities, the built environment and our practices.
