TECHNICALLY SPEAKING, LOOKING FOR PASSION
Does the technical side of the profession get your motor running? Are you currently a “behind‐the-scenes” type of architect/job captain (licensed or unlicensed) who is great at your job but feels underappreciated and sees limited opportunity ahead? Small, but established firm with a 10‐year history on the SC coast is looking for a technically strong Project Architect/Job Captain with 3‐10 years of experience who can hit the ground running and is eager to grow. You will be a foundational piece of the practice, have strong technical and communication skills, hyper‐organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent efforts, maintain an unyielding commitment to client service, and a true self‐starter.
Because of the size of our firm, you’ll wear many hats during the day, and will have virtually unlimited growth potential. We offer an excellent compensation package, competitive benefits, and a small‐firm culture that recognizes the value of happy, fulfilled professionals all working towards a common goal.
Our practice is primarily focused on the healthcare and municipal government markets, with a sprinkling of select, private clients who recognize the value our practice brings to a project. We are not just looking to hire ‘someone’… Culture is important, fit is important, so we want to find the ‘right one’.
Come live by the beach in a beautiful climate, enjoy a reasonable cost of living, be part of a genuine team where your contributions are noticed and appreciated, and make your weekdays almost as enjoyable as your weekends.
