Last week, Snow and winter weather conditions mostly in the upstate resulted in the Senate and House canceling session and most committee meetings scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday.
This week, the House began debate on two of the utility reform bills (H.4377 and H.4378) in addition to the bill which would prohibit local governments from enacting bans on plastic bags (H.3529). The Senate continued consideration of several vetoes which were carried over from last week, and began debate on H.3653, the “nuisance bill” impacting manufacturing facilities.
